Worth Avenue Engagement Photos in Palm Beach, Florida

On December 23rd, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of capturing Marlena and Drew's Worth Avenue engagement photos! These two are the cutest together! We had such a great time strolling along the street of Worth Avenue with them as we chatted about their wedding!

Their session began towards the westward part of Worth Avenue and ended on the beach. They had two outfits, a dressy and a casual one. Since Drew is in the Air Force he wore his sharp uniform for his first outfit and Marlena wore a gorgeous white dress. For their second look they went with a casual outfit perfect for sunset portraits on the beach.

On Thursday, December 7th, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of documenting Daniela and Renzo's dreamy Thalatta Estate wedding in Miami, Florida. Their wedding was held at the stunning Thalatta Estate in Miami, Florida. This venue is definitely one of the most gorgeous venues we have ever worked at. Every part of their day was stunning in every way!

Daniela and Renzo are truly the sweetest couple! Instead of a first look they choose to have a prayer before the ceremony without seeing each other. This was such a sweet moment that is very dear to Andrew and I because we also choose to do a prayer together before our ceremony also five years ago.

Daniela and Renzo, thank you for letting Andrew and I be part of your gorgeous day! It was truly an honor witnessing the day you became husband and wife! May God continue to bless you two for many years to come!

Kirsten + Joseph | Elegant Sundy House Wedding

Elegant Sundy House Wedding in Delray Beach, Florida

On Sunday, November 5th, 2017, Andrew and I had the pleasure of documenting Kirsten and Joseph's elegant Sundy House wedding! Their wedding took place at a whimsical and quaint venue, The Sundy House in Delray Beach, Florida. A simply stunning venue that is well known for its delectable dining and breathtaking botanical garden!

This was our third time documenting a wedding at this venue and every time has been a dream! We actually captured our first wedding there over seven years ago and our second wedding there was just last year! We always enjoy working at The Sundy House!

From the moment we met Kirsten and Joseph at their engagement session, we knew their day would be something special! There were so many sweet moments throughout the day but one of the things that struck me the most was how Joseph was already so welcomed and loved by Kirsten's family! Family flew in from all over the world for their wedding! It was so heartwarming to witness all the love surrounding these two!

The Love Story:

Kirsten and Joseph met coincidentally at a wedding! It was at their groomsman Russell's wedding that they met for the first time. They both knew instantly that they had just met someone "different". They began dating in November of 2015. Their relationship grew quickly and within a very short time they both knew they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.

Jay said, "I love you" first, on Christmas Eve 2015. On March 16th, 2016, Joseph popped the question at an art museum. Joseph is a welder, so he made a unique sculpture of a giant ring with a photo of Kirsten within it. As soon as she saw it, he got down on one knee behind her. She turned around to find him kneeled and about to ask the question of a lifetime.

Jessica + Trey | Dreamy Jupiter Beach Wedding

Dreamy Jupiter Beach Wedding at the Jupiter Civic Center

On September, 30th 2017, Andrew and I had the honor of documenting Jessica and Trey's dreamy Jupiter beach wedding! Where do I begin with Jessica and Trey!? They are fun, thoughtful, giving and so great to just be around. All around dream couple!

Their wedding day was absolutely breathtaking! During the weekend of their wedding, the weather was supposed to be very windy and rainy but we were all praying for a beautiful day for this beautiful couple and that is exactly what they got! The day was better than we could have ever dreamed. It was very cloudy, giving an even, dreamy light and the breeze was cool and refreshing!

Their wedding day was a beautiful reflection of their incredible love story! You may remember some of it from their engagement shoot blog post! But seriously, their story could be the next Nicolas Sparks novel! Don't believe me? Read it for yourself! ;)

The Love Story

Trey and Jessica met while working at the Ko'Olina Golf Course in Hawaii. Jessica had just moved there the month prior and was working towards her Hawaii state massage license. Trey was in the process of getting his real estate license and wanted to play a lot of free golf.

On Jessica's first day, she was so nervous because she was the only girl on the team, but Trey came up and introduced himself right away and her first thought was, “Finally! Someone close to my age who’s from the mainland!”. He ended up being one of her trainers and she had never laughed as hard in her life as when they were together. Jessica felt like they had been friends for years, and started looking forward to the days when they would work together.

They eventually started hanging out after work and spending days off together. One night they went up to the North Shore and took a bottle of wine down to the beach. The sky was incredibly clear that night and full of stars. They laid in the sand, talked, and stared at the stars. Then he said "How incredible is this universe that a guy from Maryland and a girl from Kansas met in the middle of the ocean after all of these years," and then he kissed her! Her stomach was naturally doing flips and she knew in that very moment, that it was the start of something incredible.
