Amber + Curtis | Lifestyle Beach Maternity Photos at Hanna Park in Jacksonville, Florida

On March 20th, 2021, I had the pleasure of capturing my gorgeous sister-in-law’s maternity photos during her visit to Jacksonville, Florida for her baby shower. Her hubby, Curtis, also joined in! Their session took place at Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park in Jacksonville, Florida. This North Florida beach park was such a stunning change of scenery for me! There was Spanish moss everywhere and we had the beach nearly all to ourselves, because it was FREEZING and extremely WINDY!! We barely made it on to the beach before we had to turn around! It’s definitely something this South Florida girl isn’t used to in March… or any month for that matter! But it made for some dreamy beach maternity photos!

Luckily, we decided to start their session under the Spanish moss and were protected from most of the wind! Their first set of photos reminded me of their engagement photos that I captured two years ago in Vero Beach, Florida. Both settings were so dreamy! I really love Spanish moss, can you tell? Their simple session turned out so pretty!

Lauren + PJ | Tropical Couple Photos at Coral Cove Park in Jupiter, Florida

On Friday, March 12th, I had the honor of capturing Lauren & PJ’s tropical couple photos at Coral Cove Park in Jupiter, Florida. Lauren is also a photographer based in New Jersey! Her and PJ were in town to capture a client’s engagement photos and decided to schedule a session of their own! It was such a pleasure working with them both! They were complete naturals from start to finish, and I had such a great time working with them!

Their breezy tropical session took place at Coral Cover Park in Jupiter, Florida! It’s becoming quite a popular spot, highly requested by my clients. For good reason - it’s a gorgeous park with a lot of variety! The session ended with a gorgeous cotton candy sky—my favorite!

Lifestyle Family Newborn Photos

On Saturday, March 6th, I had the honor of capturing this lifestyle family newborn session! This session was a special one because it was for one of our 2018 wedding couples—Kirsten and Alex. On February 13th, they welcomed their precious little boy, Crew! He is such a cutie! Oh, and I can’t forget the first baby of the family, their golden doodle, Ziggy! He stole the show in a large handful of shots and it was too funny!

Their in-home newborn session was laidback and simple. My approach with these type of sessions is to capture as many genuine candids and sweet moments as I can. I love these lifestyle sessions because they allow true, organic moments to blossom that give such a rich, warm feeling. These are the moments you can’t force—they just happen. It was such a pleasure to be able to capture this adorable family! I hope you enjoy this session as much as I enjoyed capturing it!

Palm Beach Family Maternity Photos at the Society of the Four Arts

On Thursday, March 4th, I had the pleasure of photographing the Austin family for their Palm Beach family maternity photos! You may remember this sweet family from their session last year! It was such a pleasure working with this wonderful family again and capturing this new season. Seeing families grow is one of my favorite things about my job!

Their session began at the Society of the Four Arts in Palm Beach, Florida. This gorgeous garden was such a fairytale setting for this stunning maternity session! Then we headed to the beach for some lifestyle maternity photos! The last few shots were some of my favorite photos of the whole session! The sky was the prettiest shade of pastel pink and the ocean was the dreamiest tone of teal. With this stunning background and this gorgeous mama, it was perfection! This session was just perfection from start to finish!
